When will my order be dispatched?

All orders are freshly packed to order. We
aim to dispatch within 2–4 working days using Royal Mail Tracked 48 for UK and
Northern Ireland deliveries.

During busy periods, dispatch times may increase slightly. Once dispatched, any
postal delays are outside our control.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only offer delivery within
the UK and Northern Ireland. We hope to expand our shipping options in the
future — keep an eye on our socials for updates!

Can I track my order?

Yes! All orders are sent via Royal Mail
Tracked 48, so you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
This will be sent to your email — make sure to check your spam or junk folder
just in case.

Can I customise my sweet selection?

Unfortunately, at the moment Issie's Sweeties do not offer a pick-your own mix selection. This is something we'll be looking into the future. However, if you have any personal favourites please leave a note at checkout -we'll certainly add them to your box if we have them in stock.

I have an allergy - can I still order?

We take allergies seriously. Please check
all product descriptions carefully, as ingredients and allergens are clearly
listed. However, our products are packed in an environment that handles nuts,
dairy, gluten, and other allergens, so we cannot guarantee cross-contamination
hasn’t occurred.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or make changes,
please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed yet,
we’ll do our best to help. Unfortunately, once an order is packed and
dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.

Can I collect my order?

Yes! If you are local to BT60, collection
is available and also in Armagh Town and Portadown Town. Please select 'Collection'
at checkout and full details will be provided once your order is processed.

Do you cater for large or corporate orders?

Yes, we do! Please get in touch and we’ll
be happy to assist with custom or bulk orders.

Do you offer vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options?

Yes, we do offer vegan, gluten-free, and
dairy-free options. However, please note we do not offer a nut-free option.
While we do our utmost to limit cross-contamination, all products are prepared
in a shared environment.

Can I personalise products?

Yes! Most products allow for a
complimentary gift note. Some can also be tailored to include a personalised
gift tag, belly band, or printed jar. Please allow 5-7 working days for dispatch of items requiring personalised labels or prints.

I have given the wrong address. What should I do?

Please get in touch ASAP via email or
WhatsApp. If it’s not too late, we’ll be happy to amend the delivery address.
However, if your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, it will be
subject to a redelivery fee. If postage has already been purchased, we cannot
amend the delivery address.

My order is a gift. Do you put a receipt in the box?

No, we don’t send any receipts or invoices
inside the box, so you can send gifts directly to the recipient. You also have
the option to include a complimentary gift note.

Can I send products to different addresses?

Of course! You will need to place separate
orders for each delivery address.

Do my sweets or chocolates have a best before date?

Yes. All our sweets and chocolates
typically have a 1–2 year best before date. Our suppliers recommend consuming
your sweets within 3–4 months and storing them in an airtight container for
freshness.
