SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped with tracked delivery and we aim to dispatch within 2-4 working days however during busy periods this may increase. Orders are sent via Royal Mail (UK). Items should arrive within 2-4 working days after dispatch- however, these timescales aren't guaranteed. Issie's Sweeties do not accept responsibility for any delays in delivery times once your item has been dispatched.

If you need to guarantee delivery for a specific date, please email issiessweeties@gmail.com before purchasing to arrange recorded delivery.

Issie's Sweeties do not accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit by the delivery company.

We do not accept responsibility for addresses which are inputted incorrectly at the time of ordering. All items will be sent to the address input in the shipping details. 

PERSONALISED ITEMS 

Please allow 5-7 working days for the dispatch of items requiring personalised labels or prints. This includes gift tags, belly bands, and printed jars, which are ordered from an external supplier. Ensure all personalisation details, including spelling, are correct before placing your order, as no amendments can be made once the order has been submitted.

 PICK UP SERVICE

We do offer a pick up service for customers who wish to collect their package in person! We are based just outside Armagh. Once you have chosen the pick up option at checkout we will contact you to arrange a collection time and collection point in Armagh or Portadown

 

DELIVERY SERVICE

We do offer local delivery service for customers who wish to have their package delivered in person! We offer local delivery in the Armagh, Portadown and surrounding areas. Once you have chosen your area for local delivery at checkout we will contact you to arrange a delivery date & time.
