Issie’s Sweeties Refund & Replacement Policy

 

At Issie’s Sweeties, we take great care to package all orders securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please read our policy below regarding refunds, replacements, and delivery:

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Email issiessweeties@gmail.com with clear photographs of the issue and a detailed description. We will review your case and may offer a replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not offered.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Royal Mail Responsibility: We do not accept responsibility for items damaged in transit by Royal Mail. All products are packaged with care to prevent damage.

Delays in Delivery: We do not take responsibility for shipping delays caused by Royal Mail or any other delivery provider. Refunds will not be issued for delayed items. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact us and we may consider a replacement.

Tracking & Missed Deliveries

All orders are sent via tracked delivery. If tracking confirms the item was delivered, we will not issue a replacement, even if the customer claims non-receipt.

If Royal Mail attempts delivery and the item is not collected from the depot, resulting in it being returned to us, we will not issue a refund. A new delivery charge will be required if you wish the item to be resent.
